Shipping Policy
Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 14 days have passed please email us at sales.kissedbyken@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 24 Hours have gone by since your order was received, we can offer you a partial refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No receipt? We'll credit your Kissed By Ken's account. No Kissed By Ken account? We will issue a merchandise credit. If you do not have a receipt and did not use you Kissed By Ken Membership card, you will receive the lowest selling price in the last 180 days. For returns without a receipt, we may require you to provide your name and address, unless we have it on file. We may use your name and address for our security and marketing purposes. Please be assured that any information you provide will be handled in accordance with our customer privacy policy.
